EXPERIENCE DESIGN
体验设计是将消费者的参与融入设计中,在设计中把服务作为“舞台”,产品作为“道具”,环境作为“布景”,力图使消费者在商业活动过程中感受到美好的体验过程。体验设计的目的是在设计的产品或服务中融入更多人性化的东西,让用户能更方便的使用,更加的符合用户的操作习惯。
体验设计,我们将他分开,"体验""设计",一般情况下,主体是在"设计"上,但是"体验"放在前面的目的,就是强调,任何东西都是需要拿来给别人使用的,所以不管是开发任何东西,都要为自己的用户着想,不是想当然的认为用户应该喜欢,应该不会讨厌等等。
我们就拿一个视频网站打个比方,假使一个视频网站在设计上就没有视频版块,那是不是觉得这个设计一点都没有为用户着想呢,所以任何的产品或者是服务都需要为用户去着想,而不是自己想怎么样就怎么样,这也就是为什么会有很多大公司会独立的用户体验部门,或者花高价格,请专业的调查公司进行产品或者服务的调查。
要做好体验设计,在设计过程中设计者必须与消费者有更多的互动,以尽量感受消费者的体验需求。设计者在揣摩知消费者的未来体验的同时,也要感受生产者的工作体验,换位思考,更多地为生产者着想。日本许多公司的设计人员在从事设计工作前须到产品服务中心、生产车间等处去轮岗,这也是现在日本的许多产品称雄世界的秘诀。

注意要点
体验设计的第一步是建立一个尽可能真实的情境,在这样的情境中才可能产生尽可能真实的问题(problem),于是一个真实的情境需要真实的素材来构建。当用户提出需求时,他是基于什么有这样的结论──设计师需要一个真实发生的故事。
情境应该基于“故事”,而不应该基于一个武断的“推断”,有足够多这样真实的故事,就可以让我们的情境变得更加丰满,因此而发现的问题或机会,就会变得贴和用户的需要。
如果可能的话,把这些小故事用草绘的形式(或照片)表达出来,贴在墙上,布置一个情境房间,在房间里进行设计。
